Pricing / Payment
Our prices are end-consumer oriented and generally include the currently valid German VAT.
You will receive a proper invoice from us showing the VAT.
If you have a valid VAT identification number from a country within the
European Community, you will receive an invoice without VAT.
You can conveniently pay in advance or via PayPal.
Payment via invoice is generally only possible, if your residence/business address
is located in Germany.
However, we reserve the right to refuse payment via invoice.
You can pay in cash if you pick up your order yourself.
Unfortunately, no other payment methods are available.
Return Fees
For returns that are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act,
we charge 10% of the merchandise value as a return fee.
Shipping Costs
For shipping addresses in Germany, our prices include standard shipping costs.
For deliveries to other EU countries, however, we mhave to add shipping surcharges:
up to 1 kg: 2,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 2 kg: 3,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 5 kg: 5,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 10 kg: 10,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 20 kg: 30,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 25 kg: 50,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 100 kg: 100,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 200 kg: 200,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 300 kg: 300,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 400 kg: 400,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
up to 500 kg: 500,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
Express shipping is available upon prior arrangement and at customer's expense.
For shipments to end consumers as defined in §13 of the German Civil Code (BGB),
we bear the shipping risk.
Shipping Partners
We ship via UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post, or a freight forwarding company,
regarding to our election.
We select our shipping partner to minimize costs (which are naturally reflected in our prices)
while ensuring that delivery quality is not negatively impacted.
Self Pickup
Customer pickup at our company headquarters is generally possible by prior appointment.
Delivery Time
Normally, the items we offer are in stock, so we ship either on the day the order is received
or the next business day.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery time of our shipping partners.
